Proposal for new family homes LAND OFF SOUTHWELL ROAD, FARNSFIELD

Have your say on a new high-quality housing scheme and open space in Farnsfield.Wain Estates is developing plans for around 140 much-needed family and affordable homes on land off Southwell Road, Farnsfield.

These would be set within an attractive setting that is designed to be sensitive to the existing landscape and will enhance biodiversity and the
environment for residents

The proposals will provide around 140 much-needed family homes. 30% will be affordable housing to meet local needs.
